Strawberry Village now has five boutique fitness studios under one roof after Club Pilates opened its doors at the Mill Valley shopping center in late July.

The reformer Pilates franchise took Suite 805 at 800 Redwood Highway Frontage Road, slotting in next to Hot Yoga Republic in Suite 803. It joins Pure Barre, Orangetheory Fitness, StretchLab and Hot Yoga Republic in what has become one of Southern Marin's densest clusters of specialty workout options.

The Ark Newspaper first reported the opening on Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Three of the five studios share a corporate parent. Club Pilates, Pure Barre and StretchLab are all franchise brands owned by Xponential Fitness, the Irvine-based fitness holding company. That's three out of five. Orangetheory and Hot Yoga Republic operate under separate ownership.

The studio's Instagram account announced it was open on July 21, and class schedules appeared as early as the week of July 7, suggesting preview sessions were underway before the formal launch. The studio lists nine class formats on its website, including Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, a teen class and a free introductory session.

Hours vary by day, opening as early as 6 a.m. on Fridays and running as late as 8 p.m. on Mondays. Weekend hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Grand opening Aug. 7–9

Club Pilates Mill Valley is hosting a grand opening celebration Friday, Aug. 7, through Sunday, Aug. 9. The three-day event features free intro classes from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., local vendors, snacks and drinks, according to the studio's Instagram page.

Residents can reach the studio at (415) 360-3055 or [email protected].
