Four artists from Sausalito's ICB/ART collective will fill Tiburon Town Hall's second-floor gallery with nature-inspired work starting Tuesday, Sept. 8.

The exhibition, titled "Nature, Reimagined," runs through Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Community Gallery inside Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. A free opening reception is set for Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 6 to 8 p.m.

All are welcome.

Painters Lorrie Meyercord and Kate Solari Baker, designer and printmaker Bree Cutts and abstract landscape artist Marine Strage make up the four-artist roster. All keep studios at the Industrial Center Building on Gate 5 Road in Sausalito, home to more than 100 artists. Strage, a French-born artist, has lived in California since 2013 and is currently based in Sausalito.

The Tiburon Heritage & Arts Commission curates the Town Hall gallery. In the show's official description, the commission said the four artists are turning to the natural world as a shared language, exploring native grasses, ecosystems and patterns shaped by place, according to the Town of Tiburon's event listing.

Some of the work traces the tension between wildness and the built environment. Other pieces follow an internal terrain or root themselves in lineage passed down and reimagined, the commission said.

Each artist brings a different medium. Meyercord describes her studio practice as heart-centered, saying she hopes her paintings offer viewers "an invitation to pause, hear their own heart's wisdom and feel loved," according to her artist website. Solari Baker paints nature, still life and figures, according to her artist website. Cutts blends pattern, color and storytelling through printmaking and material experimentation, according to her studio website. Strage creates abstract works exploring the relationship between nature and culture, according to her artist website.

The gallery is open to the public Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., during regular Town Hall hours.

Admission is free throughout the run.
